need help on lease agreement

I would like for some advice and examples of a leasing agreement that would be fair to both parties. I have a small herd of Reg. cattle that I have to disperse for the time being because of having to move becaue of a new job opportunity. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What type are you looking for?
Are you getting out of the cattle or are you wanting shares or a new pasture to lease?
