Navel Ill Treatment?

What is your standard treatment for this?

Do you do anything else if a front knee is swollen?

SS - I don't have anything to offer you - other than Milkmaid is the best at salvaging a Naval Ill calf. They are tough. You are looking at long persistant treatment, according to other posts. You might "search" Milkmaid & naval Ill.

Had one that had the swelling vet said give draxxin (because i had it) and dex did that some improvement he came out 2 wks later gave him exede and i think bantamine fixed the calf up.

I searched and there are many many posts on navel ill.
The one joint is bad on this one since we did not catch it right away...
Sounds like a couple weeks of treatment.

MM is a vet student. Super sharp & has taken many calves her neighbor gives up on & "tries" to save each one.
