Thanks, gs

Those are pretty poor pics, ain't they. Guess I am a plumber not photographer. He ain't blind, just looks that way in the pictures. The streaks in the sideview are snow and the weather is rotten. Thanks for looking, hope Kernise has an opinion. gs

Hope he ain't a Balancer. He's about 16 months old, and I would guess him at 15-1600 lbs. Don't have paperwork on him yet, so not sure of everything, only had him 2 days. gs

Maybe I'm wrong. Not sure about Matrix but was thinking 6807 was Angus. Is Matrix Angus? Whatever, he is good looking.

Looking at pic. 3 & 4 I think that's a great looking 16 mo. old bull. I'd be pleased with him.

I don't know how I bought him. You see, a friend told a friend that he had a friend that needed this bull that Va. Tech bred. So the friends' friend bought him for his friends' friend. My friend paid his friend for him and got him to his place, to take to my place. Nobody has told this friend what the other friends paid for him, and when this friend asks, his friend mumbles somehting abuot figuring it out sometime in the future. This is the way all succesful businessmen do business, I think. gs

Looks really good to my untrained eye Greg. I think that IS the way you have to do business with bulls some times, unless you just won the lottery. Congratulations! I hope he works well for you with your cows.

GS, I would be plumb tickled to see some better photos of that critter. From what I can tell from these plumber pics, I think he is a dam nice bull. For 16 months old he's gonna be a big feller.

Honestly, what I dislike, not much. I really don't see anything to fault in this bull, I really really like him.

What I like, he's well muscled and evenly muscled and carries the meat well down his rear leg, looks to have very good expression over the eye muscle, he looks to be carrying an adequate amount of finish (although really to judge that you have to get your hands on him), he's deep and has a lot of capacity, lovely hip and pelvic capacity, he's long (doesn't appear that way though due to his depth), he's structurally sound, he's good a good set of nuts and a tidy sheath, good head, neck and shoulders, good masculinity for his age. I really like this bull and think he's one of the better angus bulls I've seen.

What I like MOST about this bull is how wide he stands ... go look at the first two pictures ... that right there is a dead giveaway of just how much red meat this fellow is carrying.

I would be happy to see this boy in my paddocks.

Congrats, I think you have a very fine sire there.

He looks like he is from another planet with them marbles in his eyes..........

We have used matrix and I have seven daughters in production. They are really nice young cows, they are on their second calves now bred back after first calf, weaned really nice calves as well. They seem to maintain their body condition really well, as advertised for Matrix and have a beautiful udder and profile. The only thing I would change is to make them a bit thicker, but it looks like the 6807 took care of that for you. Really good looking bull, wish you the very best of luck with him.

Very nice bull Greg.I like the way he looks like a safe with a leg on all four corners. Tremendous capacity. Great depth.
