My Job

Here is my job. I work on the penning side, and we take the cattle from the scale to the pen they are sorted into.

No, it is the stockyards.

I wish i could work at the stockyards. Seems like it would be alot of funny. However I have bills to pay and could not afford to work there for what they pay around here.

These guys pay fairly well, $12/hr, for the work we are doing. It can be really long hours(9am - 2 am or later) at times and it is only part time, so it is just a 'spending money' kind of a job. Great for training a horse though. 6 weeks of that and they are going quite well.

We have a lady here who does that too... I know you learn alot and also dont get scr#wd when you sell yours. Sometimes I think the little guys get lost in the politics of the sale barn.

Everything you do impresses me...something to emulate:)
