Got my multimin today. Few questions, I know you can give too much and that's not good, but how often do you give them? Also do you still keep blocks and free choice minerals out?

According to the rep I talked too you keep your current minerals out. It is a supplement. Depending on the condition of the cattle depends on when you need to give a booster. We plan too give it to those we are AIing. That is the only reason we are giving it. Did give the fall calves we weaned a dose. The rep said studies show it helps in times of stress.

I only give it to incoming animals. Mostly for the old cow one and dones. The rest of the herd gets the free choice stuff. I also give to anything that seems to be doing poorly when they shouldn't be. All of these types also get a good worming and some vitamins. It seems to work really good on the old cows. I'm to cheap to use it a lot.
