The more the vegans argue with the grass-fed/pastured poultry people the less time they have for US.
I have borderline low blood pressure so I like to read Tom Philpott. You make a good point, Howdy. I don't think he is at all self conscious about being a wackjob.
We should all write and lecture about farming for a living. It would eliminate the stress of producing a crop.
