I've seen upside down 5 gallon buckets in pastures from time to time. I believe they are for controling moles. Does anyone know what the complete process is (or if this is correct). I can't stand there with my shotgun anymore   .

Any other suggestion for mole control other than poison.

Thanks,
Alan

Over the mole run they may have a trap which is sprung when the mole burrows underneath the trigger on the trap and are using the bucket to keep cows or whatever away from the trap. A good cat is about as effective. He'll eat about half of the mole and barf it up on the carpet everytime.
