Just tried something I read on the internet and darned if it didn't work. Mix up a pretty strong dose of Oxy Clean and spray it on the stain, let it sit 30 minutes and spray off. We used a power sprayer and it took off every bit of it even thought we didn't wait 30 minutes. We have tried a strong bleach solution in the past and usually had to apply it twice not to mention the unpleasant mess.
