People buy Mini's that have five acres or less. You can graze 3 to an acre. They give between 2-4 gallons of milk and this is ideal for a family. No there's not many breeders. I hope it stays that way as there is quiet a demand for them. I prefer to call them Heritage Jersey's like the first that arrived here in the 1800 hundreds from Jersey Island and before the farmers started breeding them larger for milk. There's not that many and this is why the prices are so high. They also eat 1/3 that of a standard Jersey. Hope this has answered your questions.
