This probably varies by region but, how much copper and selenium should free choice minerals contain? What we use has min. 150ppm Cu and min. 17.5 Se. Just trying to get an idea if this is enough. Thanks

You're right, it will vary from region to region. I would suggest you check with your local county extension office, veterinarian, or veterinarian teaching hospital if you have one. I wouldn't worry about where you posted it, one could argue it does belong on grasses, pasture, and hay because that is usually the source of these minerals. :)
