Luted heifers Thursday pm after being on mga protocol. 15/24 have been bred as of last night off stickers/visual detection. Really don't want to TAI tonight to bad unless conception rate will be ok. What should I do to re set up non responders? Last group 2 weeks ago all came in yet day 5-7 after we quit ai and turned bull in.

Wait 10 days and lutalyse them.
Doesn't the MGA protocol now have you lutalyse, wait 10 days & lutalyse again & breed on that heat?

No idea on Lute, 14 days feed MGA, 19 days later lute and breed all that come into heat. 8-10 years on custom job. 90%+ show heat. 77% conception rate. I'm not about to change anything there.

This group was our own. Only ended up TAI 3-4 I think. Few more showed up in heat and only had 1 that didn't feel real good.

I knew the MGA program was different than when it started. Used to breed on the first heats after pulling off MGA, but they were usually not very good heats.
So, back to your first post. What exactly were you asking? To re-set up non-responders, you would Lutalyse them again.

I was yes asking what to do to re synch all the non responders. But patience is a virtue. Few more came in and just TAI rest with shot of GnRH. Time will tell!
