Manipulation of BW EPD's in Herefords

I am curious I notice that some bulls have an increase of BW EPD's over time. ? is that the owner using good BW epd cows then as the semen gets out you don't care as
It is not your bull and breed high BW to high BW with recips?

I see this in the Hereford Taylor Made, Outcross, and now Shock and Awe are some examples.

Just curious the judges are being attracted to the "square" cattle deep as they are wide in Denver they looked like 1950's quarter horses thin necked and big bodied

I think it's just the truth coming to light so to speak. Those bulls are being bred to more of the population once the semen gets to others and their epds become a truer reflection of what their genetic potential truly is as their accuracy's increase.
