Here's my last heifer that calved, Baby is 3 1/2 weeks old and I don't think has finished his bottle yet. She comes from a long line of cows that had exceptional udders and good milk, I think this is about as good as they get for a beef cow.. Thumb sized teats nicely and squarely placed, the 4 quarters are all balanced, and at a height that the calf will find them. Pic is from 6 days after calving.



 
You're right, that's a nice looking heifer. A bad bag is one thing that will make me cull a cow in a heartbeat. (A bad attitude is another one.)
 
She's got mild problems there.. likes to have her head on the wrong side of the fence.. she didn't like my mother going around her calf, but will lick the skin off my arms if I'm around.

I had to give her hinds a bit of a hoof trimming, but heck, she's been corralled for 9 months, so it's to be expected.
