Maize

Hello gang. I got given some maize seed and thought I would put some dry land not irrigated maize in at home I couldn't be bothered getting the implement out so I have used a how and shovel on a patch that I worked up last winter. How do you think it will go?

Having a play. Australia. Trying a direct drilled type situation. Just growing it to cut a few stalks at a time to throw the cows.trying to put a pic up but it won't happen for me.
