magnesium oxide

I just purchased a bag of magnesium oxide. I have been giving my cows Nutrena Bronze and Emerald minerals according to the seasons. They seem to like the minerals. They are not taking to the mag oxide. They do not seem to like it. I want to put them on pasture in a few weeks and the pasture is very lush. Should I mix the minerals with feed ? Any suggestions before I put them out to pasture?

If you're feeding straight MagOx, they probably will not eat it. By itself, it's very unpalatable. Use Right Now Gold.

If you are putting them on Wheat, Oats, Rye pasture - Right Now Gold.
If grass pasture - Emerald shoud have everything you need.
