Lottery, What would you do?

2 winners hit the 500 million dollar lottery yesterday. Lump sum payout of 60 million each after taxes.
IF it was me, after tithing, and 4 million for myself [1 for each hand and 2 in the bank] Balance 50 million.
I'd give $100,000 each to 100 friends and family and then I'd pull out the plat map and boost the local economy
by giving $10,000 to each of the 1,000 closest neighbors. Leaving a balance of 30 million.

2 Questions:
How could I do the most good with the remaining 30 million?
What would you do with 30 million dollars?

I see a real nice ranch for sale in central Oregon. The asking price is 27 mil. I could buy it and have 3 mil left over. I figure that running that ranch would take 10 year to go through that other 3 mil. Maybe less time if I put effort into it.

Here is my master plan: Since I would not want all the attention and people trying to get money from me; I would find a somewhat distant aquaintence that I rarely see and write up a contract with them that I would give them half if they would claim the prize for me. They could never mention to anyone that I split the winnings with them or they would have to repay the entire amount. They go off and win the life of a lottery winner with, in this case, $30 million. Meanwhile I quietly spend a little money here and there and quit my job to farm full time. People might wonder what I was doing and think that I must be over my head in debt, but would never imagin that I have millions stashed away somewhere.

Now I just have to start playing the lottery.

Think I would take mine and bye a small ranch with about 2,000 acres and run a cow calf operation and higher someone to teach me how to run it flawlessly! And then leave it to my 7 kids when I retire with the stipulation being it must stay in the Family and our family only. So one of my son's would get it but all the kids would get an equal share as long as they wanted to work on the ranch too. But more of a shar to the son who will own it and leave to his son! Hopefully
