Lost another great guy

Help Support CattleToday:

Really? Man, two in a weeks time. Always like heckling his pieds, calling them thoroughbreds, but they were an impressive group. Knew he had heart or some kind of problem in the past.
Prayers for his family, and may they find comfort in the Lord.

I was looking through the recent obituaries from my area online a few nights ago. A lot it seems like they should still be around as hard to believe they are gone. RIP Slick.

Oh man. He was a good guy. Former LEO if I remember right.

Fear no more the heat o' the sun,
Nor the furious winter's rages;
Thou thy worldly task hast done,
Home art gone, and ta'en thy wages:
Golden lads and girls all must,
As chimney-sweepers, come to dust.

So sorry to hear that, very sad. Are there any details, how old was he, had he been ill? A lot of us here are getting past the 3 score years and 10 mark so are getting into the slot where things can happen.
