Putting out hay last week and spotted this little girl . Mom had the misfortune of losing her baby last year . Registered Hereford cow and registered Angus bull .

I find it strange that we get the mottled face calves out of our one bull and the Hereford's and we get baldies out of our other registered angus bull . We added a new bull last year when this calves sire went lame on us . Going to be interested to see what he throws .

Cow and heifer here-as we were doing AI in May last year, my though was "surely we won't have another horrid storm in early February "…can't blame a bull for the timing….
