Loading Chute

Does anyone here know how to work this chute? Just bought it through an auction and can’t figure it out. Thanks

I'm guessing you hook the winch to the other ring on the arm, crank it to get pressure off the pin, pull the pin then slowly crank it down.
I should have studied the first picture closer. Lol

that’s what I thought but it didn’t work. Pin doesn’t have any pressure on it. I thought you would hook the ratchet where you said and crank to relieve pressure then take the piece above the pin off the rod (circled in red) but couldn’t get it to budge.

My guess from the pics is the winch just pulls the landing gear looking apparatus up. Flip the lever to rotate the axle up out of the way. Then set it down and adjust front height with jacks to trucks. That is just a SEWAG from the pics.
