On Thursday, the Court upheld the current distribution of Obamacare subsidies in a 6-3 ruling, prompting freshman Representative Brian Babin (R-TX) to introduce a bill called the “SCOTUScare Act of 2015,” which would require the Supreme Court justices and their staff to purchase health care on Obamacare exchanges.
