2700 acres place in NM has come up for lease.
i'm not familiar with the area and the owner has always just run yearling, but i guess it at about 30-35 acres per cow.
the winter there can be tough some years but not as bad as some.
he wants 12.00 an acres with 10 year lease.
i haven't seen it but he says fences are good and has good water.
12.00 an acre sounds too high for that country to me
what you think about this deal ?
