Latest ones butchered

Here are some of my latest ones they just cut today. These were f2 Akaushi at 28 months. Biggest hung at 896 and the other at 789. Have 3 more they are cutting tomorrow. More pics to come.

Mine usually have a good bit of fat on them. If I could lessen the seam/external fat while keeping the marbling I would. Genetics and time is all I have to find the happy medium.

Finally cooked a ribeye and fillet tonight. To say that was delicious would be an understatement. Fillet was nothing short of butter and the ribeye was awesome. Got just a bit too much char on the ribeye but still cooked med rare. They may be into something with this Wagyu stuff.
