Land lease (Milam county TX)

I just bought land, 35 acres, in Milam county that I'd be interested in leasing for cattle grazing and hay. Half the land is pasture and half is woods. The land previously had cattle. I would like to have the grass maintained by cattle and fence repaired when needed. The land if fully-fenced with 2 stock ponds. I don't want over grazing but enough cattle to keep the land in good shape. Let me know if you are interested or if you have any advice for this new land owner.
