well went to the dr about my knee this morning.he xrayed it and said it was still good.said it was just a part of getting old.dont have much if any authoritis in it so thats good.said as i age my muscles and hamstring is just getting tighter and harder to streach out.so im going to start PT as soon as they get it set up.just glad i didnt need a knee replacement.he is also going to take over giving me shots in both knees.
