I am impressed with the heifer that had the calf, she looks really good for one that has calved at her age and the calf is looking good. It looks like your Hereford is doing putting on some weight too. What did you do with the open heifer?

I'm going to breed the open heifer and the one that just had the calf at the same time. The hereford was riding her the other day but I don't know if he is mature yet. I'm just going to have to watch the heat cycles and see if she is bred or not. The one that had the calf doesn't have as much weight on her as I would like, but she is doing well. I'll go through and put captions in the pics she is in.
 
Ok, yea she looks a little more normal than I thought, I thought momma was in the second picture. Still the calf seems to be doing well.
