Yes, if prepared correctly it is very nice. We had a barbecue with the old chap and one of the meats that hit the grill was ostrich steak. You have to be careful not to overcook as it is a very lean meat and dries out quickly.skyhightree1":2t25b9lv said:Nice pictures... Do you eat ostrich ?
