It's a thing! Migrated from Mexico (legally), initially settled in San Diego, eventually moving to Utah and started with a single food truck. And they're working on making it a national chain. The owners/chefs came out with Creekstone Farms Premium Beef for a ranch tour. Never having been around cattle, they were pretty impressed with my savage girls;).
