Not sure whatever happened with Oklahoma's attempt to have cormorants declared a nuisance bird. I do know they kill them by the thousands (legally) in states like Michigan.

USF&W has said it is ok for states to issue seasons on cormorants, if you dig thru the following:

GB I was thinking perhaps it was the brown skinned, double breasted mattress thresher.
