Wood Ducks nest in trees.... but that ain't a Wood Duck.
black feet.... hmmm there is such a thing as perching ducks, but I don't know that Oklahoma has any perching ducks.

a Mud Hen? (they have black feet and technically coots/mud hens aren't ducks)
cormorants have hooked bills and it does appear to have a little bit of a hook on it's top bill.

That's a black belly whistler not to be confused with a red breasted rock eater. It is a whistler though I believe.

We call em water turkeys . But it's a cormorant for sure. They will clean a pond out.

Not sure whatever happened with Oklahoma's attempt to have cormorants declared a nuisance bird. I do know they kill them by the thousands (legally) in states like Michigan.

GB I was thinking perhaps it was the brown skinned, double breasted mattress thresher.
