Paddy and his sons were in the local tavern having a last drink together before he was to pass on and the place was full of his long time cronies. A bunch of them gathered around and asked Paddy what it was that be killing him, well Paddy replied that it was the AIDS that finally got him and he didn't know why but he only had a little time left so they needed to buy him a last drink that night.
On the way home one of his sons said, Dad I thought that it was your heart that is giving out, why did you tell everyone in the pub that you are dieing of AIDS?
Paddy looked at his sons and said...boys do you think that I want that drunken lot, hanging around your mother when I'm gone!
