trying to find out why my ip address from my phone has been banned can anyone point me to who I need to speak to

Your IP address for your computer is not on the banned list. What is the IP address for your phone? You have not been locked out by a moderator according to the logs. There is software that automatically blocks IP's found in the spam list. Notified the Administrator to check it out.
