Here is a thought. If men need to be considerate and put the toilet seat down why can't women be considerate and put it up :?:

Valid point. I'm willing to take it under consideration! Maybe we can work out a compromise whereby men put it down at night (being 3/4's asleep does tend to befuddle things) and women raise it during the day?

Around here it's just easier to pee in the Junipers, off the front porch. I dont care how the girls leave the toilet seat. My neighbors probably do it too. We're a long way apart.

At the risk of being offensive or deleted here, your 'plumbing' tends to accomodate that while ours does not. Just my thoughts.

Plus if you're half asleep aim is no longer an issue!

Because the seat is required to be down more than 50% of the time. We need it down 100% of the time and there are times you need it down as well. Therefore logically and statistically the toilet seat should be put down.

I explained this to my husband and he got the same look on his face that he does when I tell him I saved money buying something unnecessary because it was on sale. ;-)

Friend of mine commented that a man would still have to change toe batteries. But I'm not going to comment on that either
