I'm confused

I have always heard from people on here and elsewhere that british whites are real docile easy keepers. Well i just recently saw that auction on RFD for bucking bulls. ALOT of the heifers and cows have the telltale British white black on white nose. Any reason?

White Park aren't the only breed that has that color pattern. Most likely the animals you saw had some Longhorn in them. Could have been very distant, just depends on how the genes were passed on. Here is a good article on color patterns from a Longhorn website.

Alot of Plummer bred bucking cattle look just like British Whites.
