I think it looks like a front tractor tire in the snow as well. Saw the same thing way to much this last couple of weeks.
 
Snow styled by the wind??

A few years back conditions here were such that "rollers" were created. Snow is whipped by the wind into cylindrical shapes, about 6" long. Sorry, I didn't get pics but it was the only time in my life I've seen them.

I recognized the pattern (sm corrugated roofing), but wondered why it was rounded like that.

Good picture. Do you have any more?
 
I thought it was the rings of Saturn. I'm about as familar with them as I am snow. Haven't seen snow in about 7+ years as best as I can remember.
