Identification help

Can anyone help me? I've got two flowers/plants that I wish to know what they are:

Flowers are small, only about the width of my finger, and they like the shade, it seems.

The pics explain this one. They also look like they like the shade too.

These are possibly the same as #2, but I'm not sure (taken by canadian_cowgirl; asked me to include them in this thread)

No 1 is called a "stokroos" in Afrikaans, no idea what its in English.

No 2 looks like an african violet.

No idea on no 3

Can't tell for sure but the first one looks like it has a square stem. If so, it is most likely in the mint family - Lamiaceae. Of course there are 3500 species in this family so this only narrows it down a little. Little too far north for me but I have seen similar flowers on .... I'm blank.

2. isn't that cat nip what ever it is it smells when you cut it

Are these native plants, weeds, or ornamentals? Need a little more info before I could hazard a guess.

#2 is Henbit.

#2 is creeping charlie, a weed that spreads fast but is easy to kill.

Oh my, got some mixed answers here...

For one, I really don't know if they are native, or ornamentals...#1 is not a weed, i dont think its native, i think its ornamental, #3 is wild for sure, #2 i'm not too sure of, could be a weed b/c i found it growing alongside an old brick house when i was walking home.

#1 can't be snap-dragon, this plant's got those weird leaves (if u notice in the first pic, i beleive) its green around the edges and whitish on the inside...i know snapdragons dont have that...

#2 is a creeper, so i dunno iowahawkeyes, u could be right, same w/ you ga.prime... :?

#3 was growing wild, katy (canadian_cowgirl) told me that it was growing on the river bank...as far as that idk.

The #2 pic looks like Henbit. I googled Creeping Charlie and the #2 pic also looks like Creeping Charlie. I can't tell from the pic if it is a vining plant. If it is, then it must be Creeping Charlie. Creeping Charlie doesn't grow around here where I live so I don't anything about it except what I read on google, but we have plentiful Henbit. Google Henbit and Creeping Charlie, AB, and I think you will be able to make a determination of id based on the pics and descriptions.

Thanks ga.prime. I googled both "henbit" and "creeping charlie" and from http://www.wildflowersofontario.ca/gill.html #2 and #3 look very similar to this plant on that site...so Creeping Charlie, Glechoma hederacea is a hit. :)

Edit: I found what #1 is : Yellow Archangel, Lamiastrum galeobdolon

First one looks like a snapdragon and the second one sure does look like a weed to me. We would call that chickweed around here.
