have mostly angus/brangus cattle and have been neglectful with my ear tagging. have 1 qtr of them tagged. (40 momma cows, 2 bulls, calves) i would like to temporarily "paint" some of the untagged mommas with an x, o, 1, etc to tell them apart until i get in better health to tag. ...my son in law sent me a pic of "rustoleam livestock" can of paint. never heard of it, but will research it. is there a way of marking in the field anyone knows about?. i can paint with a can on some of them on their neck, but would love to know if there is a rod/with a longer reach, or other means to mark temporarily. thanks for any info
