I made an observation last week

I took my sister in law back to Dulles International airport last week and I noticed something.

Let me stop here and say that I am not a terrorist or a memeber of any organization other than the cattlemen's association.

I noticed one of those multi level parking garages and I have always enjoyed watching the planes land and take off, I dropped my sister in law and wife off at the door and since you can't park in front of the airport I had to keep circling. Watching planes land and take off. They talk about security, I pulled into the parking garage and went to the top level. No security, no nothing around there. I thought to myself, a TERRORIST could pull in this garage, get a stinger missle system out of their trunk and drop a plane at any time. I sent an email to CNN to try to draw attention to it, maybe America will one day become actually aware of how unsafe we are. The sad thing is, is that it will probably be the hard way. I am no security expert or anything like that but, if this old country boy can see security flaws why can't the proffesionals see it?? I did see cameras but, these camel jockeys can pull in setup and fire and be back on their way to, well I'll be nice. and will have killed who knows how many people.

I pray this country doesn't learn another hard lesson.

Somehow, some way, my name got on a security watch list...discovered that when I tried to print my boarding pass from the e-ticket machine at the airport. I was stunned.

To make matters worse, when I finally got it cleared up and it was decided that I wasn't a threat to national security, I went thru the metal detector with a lighter and nail file in my jacket pocket. Wasn't detected.

sorry to nick your thread for a moment...but the Terrorists they arrested here last week, the Lawer of one a Woman with her baby and Husband, want the woman released as she has the baby to look after, and they say she causes no threat and has done nothing wrong, For God's sake what has she got to do blow up a plain, She's a terrorist, is that not wrong, or have I missed something. Terrorisum is now legal. These do gooders are really begining to get up my ^%$&^.

Who's to say a woman wouldn't sacrifice their young.
A woman with a child is expected to have alot of baggage.

Tonight they have officially charged 11 of the 21 arrested, one of them a woman and one 17 year old for with holding evidence, not sure yet whether the woman mentioned earlier has been released yet, but will post as soon as it has been on the NEWS. She was on her way to the airport with her Husband and baby with liquid explosives in a baby bottle, so how can she be innosent, I think the child should be taken from her, as what sort of Mother woud deliberatly blow up her own child.

edit: watched the NEWS a minute ago and they have kept her in custody, as the judge said she was a threat to society, if she was willing to kill herself and her child in the process.

Scary how many ways they can hit us, once they become more and more familiar with our system and country it will get harder and harder to stop them. I was at Grand Lake one weekend and drove right up to the dam. I know there had been scares of Hoover Dam but we have so many dams in this country and it would be so easy to blow them up.

But we can not protect every dam, or ever airport or other potential targets. That is why I support the eves dropping on international phone calls and some of the different spy programs that have been getting such a hard hit by the Liberals.

Best way we will stop them will be from information gathering and nipping it in the bud weeks or days before they attempt, stopping on site on the day of the attack will be a long shot.

Usually referred to as 'cow patties' or 'cow chips' with the exception of the more direct individuals - then it's bulls#%* or cows*(&. Of course, 'bull/cow flop' fits in there somewhere, too. This discussion kind of reminds of George Carlin and his routine about bad words! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I know the lot our Police foiled are gone, but I bet it wont be long before another group gather. Pakistan have said they have a group there, wonder what they have done with them, as there has been no more about it on the NEWS, and they haven't asked for our help as usual, yet. frightening really, but as our Police said 'You can't go in to soon, as there wont be enough evidence to convict, and make it stand'

My Husband works closely with the Police and he was saying 'You must make sure that you dot the i's and t's and get everything just so as they will walk on technicalities if you don't' I think how bad is that, these people are an International scare. and should be locked up and the key thrown away and left to rot for the rest of their time, or better still be moved to a State where they still have execution and try them there, as it is a threat to them to.

They seem to be stuck on the idea of using airplanes, well and a couple of trains. I know that some friends and I have discussed other things which would be much more distructive, where they would terrorize more people, and they wouldn't kill themselves in the process. I am kind of glad they seem to limit themselves.
