I had promised Steeper a hunting story for better details in his ba-donke-donk sighting from Paris Hilton. Now that we are done haying I finally have some time to.

Steeper I'm sure you'd like a elk hunting story but this ones about Raccoons.

One night as it was getting close to my bedtime I took a look outside and watched as a group of raccoons made their way into the barn we keep some of our grain in.

The wind was blowing and it was snowing a cold wet snow with big flakes.

My wife being rehearsed in night hunting before quickly grabbed a flashlight and I went to get a shotgun.

I know some say not to but in my house most of my guns are already loaded.

My wife was already in her pajamas and she just slipped on a pair of slippers and we were ready for some coon hunting.

When the shooting started some coons started climbing up the wall so that's where I shot them.

I remember seeing a pellet on the ground and thinking to my self "I forgot I had 00 buck in this gun :| ".

I was carrying one coon outside when I heard kind of a hissing sound around the corner. I thought maybe a water hydrant was left on or something. When I went to see I quickly discovered it was not a water hydrant at all. It was a Hesston 140-90 4wd tractor I use to plow the snow.

I shot threw a front tire and it was blowing out chloride. I shot a oil filter and it was leaking oil. I also shot a fuel line and it was running out diesel. It took quite a while working in the snow storm before we got everything plugged off to stop the leaking.

I almost hit the fuel tank and some steel line that would have been very hard to replace.

Now I occasionally have people ask me when tractor season starts again. :( :D :D

MAN!! Can't wait for Steppers response.

That is a fun story 8) Thanks for sharing. :D

Ouch. I was shooting doves this year and I kept missing birds at first. I finally put some glasses on and looked down and saw I was shooting 2 shot.
