My wife gave these to me for our anniversary she remembered I said I needed a good boot that kept my feet warm and she got these and I love these things im gonna order another pair. I was barefoot stuck my foot in it for about 5 mins and my food got hot to the point it felt like it was gonna sweat and I wore them all around the woods to my hunting stands and they are comfy and get warm FAST. If you need any hunting boots I recommend these. They also have a good review.

Good looking boots Sky. I hardly ever wear boots anymore and I hunt even less. The Ariat Hikers work pretty well for me and with our weather that's about all I need. Heck half the time I can get by with tennis shoes and a teeshirt.

Thanks Texas... You are lucky. I need insulated boots it will be 31 for the low friday morning they said. Ariat Hikers are nice looking boots I have never had a pair. I like the way they look I may have to get a pair I rarely wear tennis shoes.

Very warm and fit snug. Also have a great arch support in them if you need it. You can get'em ugly but hard to wear the things out. Don't think I've ever even had a shoe string wear out in one.

I much prefer a boot that is all leather. I have lots of practice at making leather boots water proof. My experience is that dry feet are usually warm feet. For hunting I wear Danner Super Rainforest. That are insulated, water proof, and they are made in America.

with hunting I just for some reason don't like all leather boots to me it can capture and hold too much scent. I typically use all rubber during bow season and this type during black powder and general firearms when im still hunting. If I am using dogs I use any boot that is waterproof.
