How to upload pictures?

I am new to the forum. How do you upload pictures to your topics or replys? What format should they be in .jpg, .bmp, etc. Thanks for the help.

They need to be uploaded to a site that is available to the public. If you upload them, (jpg) to photobucket.com they'll be available, then just enter "

" in your message.

That's all there is to it.
