How to post a picture?

Anyone know how to post pictures? It seems like they made it much more difficult lately. It would be nice if they went back to how they used to do it.

super easy. Set up account.
Upload picture. When uploaded, there will be a list of choices. Use "Hotlink for Forums". There is a little box to the far right of the url - click on it (it is the copy tool). Then paste the address in your message box.
