I have no idea. I would have expected those after the trailer had been backed in. I wasn;t there

We've loaded equipment on my trailer that looked kinda precarious.. farm equipment auctions are a test of how much odd shaped stuff you can get on a trailer. cultivators are some of the worst.

Loaded it wasn;t bad. But the mileage sucked!

I talked to a guy a couple of weeks ago who works for Vermeer. He told me they have a round baler now where you don't have to stop to dump the bale, but just keep going. Is that one of them?

Don;t think so, it isn;t a new baler

I can't believe they didn't just reverse it up onto the trailer then unhook it - that's so much more fun...

(one of the truck drivers who carted equipment for me reckons he loves watching a farmer doing that their first time!)

I think I've met you coming down the highway before. Shyt hanging and flapping everywhere.  :hide:

haha, no, I am pretty anal about not losing the stuff I just bought!

Dun, how far did that baler have to go? I'd have probably hitched it on and towed it home. Did that with a manure spreader once for 100 miles.

Does anyone know anything about this baler he is talking about. Some company had one years ago at a farm show but never seen one after that. It may have been a M&W, not sure.

Google Vermeer continuous baler. Still a concept implement, but getting closer to production. Pretty awesome video.

That is a nice baler. I wish mine was that size with the net wrap as mine is just a 505M. Loading like that could save any damage that could be made to the pickup on the baler.

Kind of like loading an excavotor. The delivery guy would pucker up just telling him what we were going to do! :)

I here John Deere is coming out with a continuous round baler as well. Here is a video of the Vermeer in action. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDn9n3NKoBQ

I wonder what is costs? I have a New Holland, but don't really like it so considering in the near future to buying a new Kabota round baler, but I do like Vermeer.

Also, Krone has a non-stop round baler and silage wrapper all in one.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRi4Dji-cbI

It was raining when we loaded it.

I was flipping thru google images of Vermeer and my baler popped up, never knew I was famous.
