How to cut a topline

HI I HAVE A YOUNG HEIFER and i am in 4h and i want to no how to cut a topline

Look at pictures of show calves

PRACTICE - PRACTICE - PRACTICE. Study it being done, Study the finished product. Also ask your County Agent if you can tag along and watch him do it or someone else in you county that you respect his/her clipping work. I know it gets boring just watching some times but ya goatta do it. Then go to work on your own. You will make mistakes. But dont give up keep work into it. Trim on her well ahead of a show so that mistakes can grow out.

I always called it clipping a topline. Cutting a topline is something totally different. Which one are we talking about her?
