How much clover per acre

How much clover would y'all recommend to mix into winter pasture. I know clover can cause bloat issues if to much used but I have winter wheat and rye thinking clover may be a good addition also.

a winter annual like crimson clover has little boat issues.10 lbs or so an acre. dixie variety reseed well for me year after yr.
I am in North Carolina

I have had cows and calves grazing pure stand practically with no issues
