I heard a number this morning and can;t figure out what it looks like. The number is 6.4 thousand million to 1

I usually only see that kind of notation in charts and graphs, where there's a note at the top saying something like "all quantities are in thousands or millions" etc and the lists themselves are only displayed in hundreds or thousands.

It had to do with the possibility of being wrong when speaking of a DNA match
