Gotta question,,How do you know if a calf hasn't had the necesarry colostrum. I have a chance to buy some jersey bull calves from a dairy and I'm a little leary. :???:

The best way when buying directly from a dairy is to talk to the dairyman and find out what their calf health protocol is.
