This is a Holstein x Red Angus steer, he was born Jan 2 06. These pics were taken in May so he has grown since then. Other than on the small side. What do you think of him. One of these fine days he will be making his final stop in our freezer.

I could be wrong, but I think their answers that he'll "make a fine steak / he looks like he'll taste great / his conformation doesn't matter when he's sizzling on the grill" probably say it all: He's not a bad looking animal, but they wouldn't breed him, and you made the right decision to eat him rather than keep him.
