76. I didn't see the stats on the Miles bulls. Maybe the wind blew them down? I thought they looked OK but I didn't realy spend much time on them. Those weren't the cattle I went to see. Nice event. What does the future hold for the 137y calf you had at Miles City?
what were the cattle you went to see?
my plans with that calf are to wean him early, stuff the living daylights out of him with corn, barley, etc. spend 5 or 6 thousand promoting him, hire a professional photographer, fitter, etc. drag him around the country and show him and tell everyone they can't live without him and see how i come out. i won't be able to do it as good as the pro's and the big difference will be he wasn't choking on grain with his first breath of air coming thru the canal, his mother isn't a donor cow that only raised one calf, his sire wasn't an AI bull that died at the age of 2 1/2 in stud as his first calves were born, and i still have his mother, grandmother, and great grandmother producing - so i think the odds are against me.
