I saw them on the cattle show here recently. I cant believe someone would be paying that much for ugly range lookin animals. But to each his own.

Maybe you should call Holdens and tell them what they're doing wrong.

cowboyup, you are welcome to post pics of yours and your successes. We will compare them for you. Oh and show results don't count.

I guess his comments are to be expected when you compare Holdens results to other breed sales. One thing I can say about Holdens bulls compared to some of the others on TV. Holdens don't have a barrel belly like others.

While he's at it maybe call: Dechazers, Detweillers, shoot go ahead and call the Association and tell them to quit lettin' Holdens sell them junk cattle! Maybe he's jealous that his Holstein/Jersey crosses aren't dressing at 62%

The more I think about ole cowboyup the more I laugh. Cooper and Holden have been selling these ugly range lookin animals for well over thirty years and at prices that are always the envy of other breeds. Many well respected repeat buyers have been there year after year_ to what, buy bulls that won't work. Don't think so.
Get a life

I raise reg. angus and I have to agree with these guys--The Line One cattle are GOOD. Thought about buying a bull to put in with the recips to make the sire recognizable. Sure would make some good replacements.
