Awwww, what a cutie! Around here the speed with which things are mowed, swathed, brush hogged, cut, etc is adjusted to take into account the fawns, pheasants, prairie chickens, and other wildlife that are habitating said areas with young so as not to harm them. Dad does regular reconnaisance (sp?) and knows what area's they tend to take up residency and schedules are adjusted accordingly. He has also been known to shut the swather (and other equipment) down to shoo a fawn or other creature out of the way. Call us wimpy, laugh or scoff if you want to, I think it's pretty darn cool! :D :D
